Natural fibres edit: wool. Without doubt, I love wool. It is delightfully warm (yet breathable) in winter, water resistant, easy to clean and naturally wrinkle resistant. Wool fabrics are versatile – used to create both high-end fashion through to casual wear. A natural fibre, it’s both recyclable and biodegradable (hello sustainability – especially if it hails from a farm using regenerative practices). To preserve your woollens, always dry clean as it works around the fibres, doesn’t saturate. While instructions often say hand wash, this can lead to shrinkage, felting or a ball appearance.
