We all love a bit of silk. When exposed to high heat or agitated in water, silk fibres constrict and the fabric shrinks (how much depends upon the type of silk and conditions). Silk ties and foulards need to be dry cleaned to retain their lustre and shape. Hand rolled edges (pictured) are an artisanal crafting technique which we are only too happy to expertly press!
